WE ANALYSEoptimiseBUILD.

We are THE COSMOS — and within the cosmos, a curious SEEKER. We seek real outcomes with 13Para. You're here, so you probably are curious too.

I'm a complete package.

That's the whole bio. Everything below is just evidence.

things I love

  • solitude
  • the first coffee of the morning
  • unpretentious human beings
  • pushing/deleting code and watching nothing break
  • products that explain themselves
  • books and paper. obviously.

things I barely care about

  • abstraction over abstraction over........
  • ephemeralness
  • lorem ipsum energy

things I'm really good at

  • analytically applied iteration — not pure theory, relentless trial-and-error at any scale
  • business systematization — investor instinct for turning leverage into a repeatable process
  • curiosity for clarity over complexity — bridging interdisciplinary thinking with application
  • detachment: ........

also this. hours of practice.
The checkout that stopped lyingpayments flow, rebuilt

A checkout kept saying "one step left" four steps early. Rebuilt it to say what it does and do what it says. Conversion moved 23% — SWAP real number — mostly because people stopped rage-quitting at step three.

A dashboard nobody needed training forinternal analytics

The old one had 34 widgets. This one has six numbers and a sentence explaining each. Adoption went from "mandatory" to "actually used" — the onboarding doc got deleted because nobody opened it. SWAP with the real story.

Mail people didn't mark as spamnotification system

Cut notification volume by 80% and open rates doubled. Turns out the secret to deliverability is having something to say. SWAP: the real system, the real numbers.

The idea that survived three pivotsproduct architecture

Built the data model so the company could change its mind. It did — three times. The model never blinked. The founders think the codebase is lucky. It is not lucky. SWAP with the real architecture story.

Thoughts, unsupervised.

Short ones. Nobody proofread these, including me.

On polish

Jun 21, 2026 · mood: neat, no ice

Polish is what you do after the thing works. Applied earlier, it’s called hiding.

The teams I trust ship the ugly version to five users and the pretty version to everyone else. The teams I don’t trust have a beautiful landing page and a waitlist.

Your roadmap is a mood board

May 14, 2026 · mood: mildly caffeinated

If your Q3 plan has the word “delight” in it and no dates, it’s not a roadmap. It’s a mood board. That’s fine — mood boards are useful — but stop scheduling standups about it.

A roadmap is three sentences: what we’re building, who it hurts to build wrong, and when we’ll know. Everything else is theater for the board deck.

Nobody reads the second modal

Mar 2, 2026 · mood: tired

The first modal interrupts. The second one punishes. If your flow needs two, the flow is the bug — not the user’s attention span.

I once removed a confirmation dialog and support tickets went down. People weren’t confused. They were annoyed, and annoyed people click wrong on purpose.

Need something?

Drop a line. Or don't. Both are fine.

this is the part people screenshot instead of saving the number:

or, the analog way — crumple this page and bin it. it gets to me either way.

No forms. No calendly. No "my team will get back to you" — tbh there is no team, and hopefully never will be.
